What can I expect sitting in your chair?

When you sit in my chair, you can expect nothing short of excellence. I consider myself a perfectionist, and every client who walks out of my salon is a direct representation of my standard of work. I set that standard extremely high and hold myself accountable to ensure that you receive an outcome that is meticulously crafted. My approach is thoughtful, detailed, and tailored to each client to achieve the best results. As a content creator and educator, I also take great care in capturing content during your appointment. I often film or take photos to showcase my techniques and create educational or inspirational content for my platform. Please be prepared for this aspect of your appointment. It is part of my process, and it contributes to showcasing your unique look as a reflection of my artistry and expertise.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, I am accepting new clients on an acceptance basis. To ensure that we are a good fit for each other, all new clients must complete my New Client Intake Form. This form allows me to assess your hair goals, preferences, and overall vision. My priority is to ensure that our professional and artistic alignments match. By carefully reviewing your form, I can determine whether I am the right stylist to help bring your hair vision to life, while ensuring that my services and expertise align with your expectations. This approach helps maintain the high standards I set for myself and my clients, ensuring a successful and rewarding experience for both of us.

Do I have to choose a colour from your Signature Collection?

Absolutely! While I am known for my signature looks, such as the ‘West Coast Blonde’ and ‘Snow Queen’ styles, I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to bring their individual visions to life. Hair is a deeply personal form of self-expression, and I’m here to support that. Whether you’re envisioning something entirely outside of my collection or inspired by a unique look you’ve seen elsewhere, I’m more than happy to explore options with you. My goal is to create a customized look that fits your personality, lifestyle, and hair goals, even if it doesn’t fall under one of my signature categories. Every service I offer is bespoke, and we will work together to create a look that reflects your individuality while maintaining the integrity and health of your hair.

Where can I find your upcoming workshops/course?

My hair has been bleached platinum blonde, dyed every colour from black to red, had some choppy bob cuts, explored every heat styling tool, navigated alopecia and has been the home to some terrible wigs. So, when I tell a client that I understand their hair concerns, I am usually speaking from my personal experience. Here's my personal hair story (photos from the archives included).

How can I apply to be a hair model?

I am always looking for hair models for upcoming photoshoots and hair demos who are open to new looks and excited about creating content. Please fill out this hair model inquiry form. I look forward to connecting! xx

Are your workshops/courses in person or virtual?

Currently, my workshops have been primarily in-person, offering stylists the opportunity to engage directly with me in an immersive, hands-on environment. However, starting in 2025, I’m excited to announce that I will be offering a combination of both in-person and virtual education. This includes online courses and subscription-based educational content. Whether you prefer the experience of learning in a live setting or need the flexibility of virtual learning, there will be options to suit every stylist’s needs. My online education will offer the same high level of instruction as my in-person workshops, allowing you to learn at your own pace, no matter where you are in the world.

How can I become a host salon?

If you’re interested in becoming a host salon for one of my educational workshops or classes, the process is simple. Please fill out the Host Salon Intake Form. This form allows me to gather the necessary information to assess the fit for hosting an educational event. I take into consideration factors such as location, salon space, and the salon’s commitment to elevating education for stylists. Hosting a class at your salon is a fantastic way to bring high-level education directly to your team and community while expanding your salon’s influence in the industry.
